had dinner at fin today. it's some seafood joint at marina square. nothing fancy. had a real nice aussie seafood cafe feel to it. chill back kinda thing. i like. anyway the food was good. well i had the usual, fish and chips. but trust me, i have had fish and chips that is just urgh! but this was yummy. and they had sauces to add yummyness. they had a thai chilli sauce that was real good with the calamari. though i thought the calamari was slightly overbreaded. their chips are real good though. not too thick, not too thin. oh well, was satisfied. ain't too pricey either. no fancy pics due to the sad sad loss of my camera.

CRASH
frankly, i am lost for words. the movie was great. it was one of those movies where you walk out with a million things running through your head. i love movies like that. and i was in the mood for something real. i wonder if things are really as bad as they potrayed in the movie. i mean the picture of L.A. painted to tourists and outsiders is sun, sand and fun. any visitor would want to stay in L.A. and wish to lead such carefree lives. i really felt for the individuals. there was injustice all around. even the good guys did wrong eventhough they only meant well. and after watching a movie like this, we all would wish for an idealistic world where everyone is happy and treated as equals. but in reality, it is almost certain that it will not happen. this does not give one the right to look down at others. i think the best that anyone can do is their part. it may be small but it definately means alot to at least one person. there is so much more to say about this movie. i would definately recommend it to anyone and everyone. watch it!

well i am about to tuck myself in. alot has happened today. things that forced me to reflect on past events. events that i thought i had learnt to accept. i just wish he was here. because i know that if he was, things would be different. things would be better.
